No Guarantee of Results: RentWell does not guarantee that any recommended storage solution will prevent damage, preserve your security deposit, or satisfy your landlord. We provide advisory services based on common rental constraints and tested approaches, but we cannot predict the outcome of any specific installation, landlord communication, or rental scenario. You assume full responsibility for evaluating whether any recommendation is appropriate for your situation and for obtaining landlord approval before implementing any solution.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RentWell, its owners, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall RentWell's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or if no payment was made, fifty Turkish Lira (₺50).
